Who is memberbeam for?
Associations, clubs, chapters, alumni groups, chambers and nonprofits that collect dues and run events. Most of our customers are run by volunteers or a small team.
How is memberbeam priced?
Flat monthly plans from free to $199, with unlimited contacts on every plan and unlimited members on paid plans. A small platform fee applies to paid dues and tickets, from 3% on Free down to 0.5% on Pro, capped at $25 per transaction and never charged on donations.
What does membership management software actually do?
It keeps your member list, collects dues and renewals, sends reminders and newsletters, runs event bookings and gives members a place to join, renew and update their details. memberbeam does all of that in one place, so you are not stitching together spreadsheets, a mailing tool and a website.
Do members need to download an app?
No. Joining, renewing, tickets and their member card all work on any phone in the browser, and member cards can be added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Can you move us from Wild Apricot?
Yes. We import contacts, levels, renewal dates, households, invoices and event history, and on most plans we do the migration with you for free.
Will our price go up?
Not for at least 36 months. Your subscription price and platform fee rate are locked from the day you subscribe, and that commitment is in our Terms of Service.
